So I have now completed Unit 3 of further maths and I couldn't be more disappointed with myself. We only had two sacs, I got an A and a B+ ranked around the middle of my cohort.
It's pretty stupid of me because I'm actually getting A+ in all of my Spesh and Methods Sacs. I guess I'm just neglecting further.
So my question is, if I pick up my act for Unit 4 and get 100% in every SAC and only drop 1 mark in the exam, what is the maximum study score I can get? I have faith that I will do really well in Unit 4, especially since I have already done the modules in Methods and Spesh, I just need to stop neglecting it

No one can give you a definitive answer to this question. Sure studing hard and doing very well in the exam will greatly improve your SS but overall scaling will play the biggest part. As no one knows whether your cohort will be scaled up or down your final SS cannot be predicted.

It depends on how your cohort does on the exam, knowledge of how the top end of Further is distributed (the z-scores themselves and your rank after averaging them), and complex mathematical calculations. Bottom line, no idea.
Seeing that Further only has one GA for SACs, if you pull yourself up in the rankings then close to full mark the exam... I'd say low-mid 40s is still definitely open. On the other hand though, and sorry to be the bearer of bad news, it's going to be very hard for you to do that well on the exam if you struggled with the SACs. Anything's possible, but it'll be far from a piece of cake.
