im in year 11 so im not entirely sure with the do's and dont do's.
Thanks

It's all up to you but I reckon you should finalise doing practice exams a few days before the actual exam. Doing practice exams the week leading up to the exam is kind of cramming, which should be avoided. And it'll be useless to continue doing exams if you won't have time to identity and learn from mistakes. So ensure you complete practice exams earlier, so during the week leading up to the exam you can go through them while maybe lightly reading over notes? That's what I'm planning to do :)

When I was doing my practice exams, I would keep a log of all the mistakes that I made while doing them and document it in word. I continued doing practice exams until the day before the exam where I spent that day just casually looking over my past mistakes and revisiting the appropriate question in the paper if needed. As for mental and physical preparation, I would personally recommend against doing something that you don't usually do (eg. going for a long jog is not something I usually do) because you do not necessarily know how you'll feel afterwards.

On the day of my Philosophy exam I went and watched Thor: The Dark World.
No regrets :P
