I need an example of illusion from the book
-
Uhhh a bit more specificity could help? What do you mean exactly?
As for characters in Spies deluding themselves you could talk about Keith & Stephens childish activities (initially designing an intercontinental railway and a message cable linking themselves). You could talk about how Mrs Hayward puts forward an illusion of herself - aswell as Mr Hayward - they are merely presenting an altered version of themselves. Stephen sees them not so much as an illusion but he comes to realize they were not 'true' images of their personality.
Trying hard to think, it's late ehhhh.

Well I just need any example in the book of how a character creates an illusion , and how this illusion could possible be dangerous or how it has consequences
if you can give me any example, would be much appreciated
