Methods: only 2 pages has writing on it.
Chemistry: NEAP (it's a 122 pages book which include questions for each area of study + worked solution). Yes it's an enhanced version.
Spesh: there is some writing on the study guide but overall they are still in good condition, I'll try to erase them as much as I can :)!

Sorry but I might preserve those books for him for the time being :(, let me know if I can help you with anything else. There is some hand-writing on AN biology book, but they are in pencil and of course I will erase them before selling :D.

Oh LOL whoops sorry that was really ambiguous (I was referring to doing the same thing as grannysmith and checking if there was any writing in the books but not for the other subjects that he has stated [just Biology for me]).
I'll have a think about it first and I'll let you know if anything comes up :)

Like honestly, would they help me attain better grades? Or do they only provide guidance and let you know of what to expect throughout the year?

This is just my own opinion: yes it helps you in extending knowledge. What I think is, Atar Notes study guide is a bit harder than normal study guide and expect you to know the basic. The solution is VERY detailed (probably the most detailed solution I've ever seen) and shows you all the thoughts process behind obtaining that answer. Obtaining better grades might rely a bit of having good materials to study with but the majority lies on the hard work you put in. Also, I think by doing a lot of exams paper in an efficient way (some from the study guides, some from company exams) cover the majority of things that you might find quite similar in the actual exam.
