is it possible for a formula to be highlighted is a figure is less than ###.
e.g. cell a1: "jim croger" has paid $$ if paid 30 dollars highlight cell a1?
so this means the jim croger will be bvold or different colour or something? is this possible..

Yeah, you can use conditional formating for that.
