Hello,
I'm doing an oral presentation in a couple of days
I'm meant to speak for around 3-4 minutes, but the speech is 830ish words (which is waay above word limit). Could you give me advice in how to cut it down?

Cut out fluff and needless repetition. If you can say something with smaller words and simpler syntax, do so. If you're really, really structurally over, then you may need to cut out a full point/paragraph

Get rid of repetition, or whatever you think you don't need. Read over it, and try to pick out which parts you feel have the most impact - keep those, and then think about what you can afford to cut out. Get rid of those parts, and then see how it goes.
Also, try to condense some sections to make them less wordy, but so that you are still getting your main ideas across.
