Hey,
As most of you know, I'm at Monash Univerisity, but tomorrow I will be down at Swinburne Uni in Hawthorn. Does Anyone know if I can use their internet their?
I'm trying to do a bit of research about it and I'm getting some info about something called eduroam?
Does anyone know anything about this?

last time i went to swinburne they had an unsecured wireless, but you need a username and password to actually access the net, you need to get a guest login from the office or something i think
-
Yeh, unless they have free internet, which is unlikely, you'll have to find some way of getting paid access
-
Ugh. I'm prety sure I can use eduroam!!! Can someone confirm?

Just thought Id let everyone know for future reference that you can use the eduroam network at any participating university.
Im at swinburne now and using my authcate info to log in to the eduroam netowrk. You just need to download software prior to allow it to login.

Is there some kind of list out there for participating universities?
