Title: Residential Tendencies List

Hey, i've been looking around and can't seem to find the "likely outcomes" for the residential tendencies list at a Tribunal. I've looked on VCAt and couldnt find anything there..

My presumption is that, it's just compensation????

going from what i remember last year, VCAT can order for work to be done, etc.

in justice and outcomes there is a section in there about it i think.

They can order a remedy such as money to cover any loss, damage, cleaning, order the conduction of repairs, order a vacancy to occur or dismiss the claim
