Which subjects compliment philosophy?

I'm planning on doing English, English language, and Legal studies in addition to philosophy.

Philosophy complements a good range of subjects. A few off the top of my head would be:

- Literature (three English subjects might be a bit too much though)
- Politics
- Psychology (some cross over between the two which I found interesting)
- Sociology
- Art (particularly if you enjoy the aesthetics side of philosophy)

I know a few people combining philosophy with maths/science subjects so that could be an option too. Any maths or if you're looking for something a bit more 'sciencey' than psychology, physics is a nice choice.

Thanks for the information.

I was thinking about swapping English for another subject, so I'd still only have 4 subjects. I'm also wanting to improve my writing and communication skills and would prefer humanities or English subjects. Subjects that have similarly utilised skills and content would be great. I have considered sociology, and still am.

Psych and Sociology work well with Philo coz I do them all and they all seem to blend at times especially when philosophy addresses ethics then psych and socio really blend well with it
