Title: "Show that..." questions
Post by: dekoyl on September 06, 2009, 05:51:20 pm
I think the "show that " questions are quite common.
Do we write "" as required" at the end, or "... QED" or just leave it blank?

Thanks.

I found Halmos symbol to be quite sexy lately :P  Though it probably looks better typed, tried it handwritten once and looked like a scribble (although the one with a hollow square may look better handwritten)

I stuck with Q.E.D and that worked fine for me. Honestly, I don't think it matters since VCE isn't very strict on formalities regarding working out.
