Hi, I was just wondering if there is a limit of posts you can make to a certain thread in a span of time? (1hr, 1day, etc)
Thanks
Moderator edit: Split from How to Use the ATAR Notes Forums thread. Going a bit off topic

Unless you are spamming or being annoying, this does not exist; active posting is encouraged.

I didn't think I was spamming (and I hopefully wasn't being too annoying!), just asking questions. The 'reply' button on the "Physics questions" thread has dissapeared for me?

Your posts on the physics thread seemed absolutely fine to me

The issue is that it isn't allowing me to post anything more. Should I just wait a little while?

Oh really? I will look for an explanation then. Might just be preset measures.
People who have been on here for a longer duration generally don't have this problem.

Are you receiving any sort of message when you try to post? Could you explain it a bit further so we can hopefully provide a solution to you? Thanks :)

Nope, no message. There just isn't an option to post anymore. All the buttons that are usually next to the blue "reply" button are still there, but the reply button is not. I had a look at a few other threads and I can use those fine (this current thread works as a perfect example), it is just the one physics thread that doesn't work anymore. I got a response from Jake and when I went to respond, I couldn't. Hope this explains sufficiently, not sure how else it works

Oh my goodness.
My apologies. I just checked. I have no idea how it happened but the thread got locked!
It's been fixed. Thanks for cooperating everyone!

Nice to see it's been resolved!

Haha okay, glad I'm not just going insane! Thank you, at least it was figured out before a bunch of people needed to use it, not just one!!
Just checked and it's working on my end again!! ;)
Thanks
