Hello?
-
It's so sad that not many people do EES :(
-
In my school there has been consistently 2-3 full classes for the past 6 years - we have a really passionate teacher! I didn't study it myself (not science minded), but I know it's a really great course!
Have you both enjoyed it? Do you study biology as well or just EES?
-
Yes in fact I study biology and ees. I find that they work really well together :) And I love both of them! Sadly there's only 1 EES class and a massive 5 Bio classes
-
EES is the best subject!! What's everyone's option topic?
-
My school has 12 Earth students, and our option topic is Oceanography. My brother graduated in 2015, also did earth and achieved 3rd in the state for the subject, and I hope to share some of his knowledge!

Trainstation that would be amazing! EES is a small but mighty cohort...can't wait to see what you can help out with :)

Helloooooo everybody.
I'm going to try and respond to any questions you may have about Earth. I had an absolutely fantastic teacher and plenty of resources, so I hope I can be of help!

I'm doing Introduced Species! So good and it links really well with Prelim Bio topic "Local Ecosystem" and also a bit of the Prelim "Local Environment". Think the reason why my teacher chose it, cause most of us did Bio and therefore, we had a good foundation for the effects of introduced species towards the ecosystems.
Honestly, I wanted to do Oceanography!

I think we'll be doing introduced species as well!! Though living in quite a marine centered area all the other sciences have gone the ocean/marine based options which was suprising to me anyway :)

This is what I studied too! I remember my teacher saying that a large majority of students do Introduced Species - something around 80%.
