hi everyone :) i saw a similar thread for those doing the biology exam next week and thought it'd be fun to make one for english also!
anyone else curious as to what the topic/structure the language analysis will be? i'm thinking that maybe it wont be comparative this time (since its been one in 2015 and 2014 the examiners might change it up :P) and for topic i feel like it'll be about animal rights for some reason

Is there anyone that can help me with my curiosity!!
In the film "All about Eve", Eve is frequently seen in the presence of flowers, especially when she is acting humble... is there some kind of symbolism or reason why flowers are so frequently seen in the film?

Notice how Margo always wear diamonds and Eve always wear flowers? Think about the difference between the two character. Think about the prettiness of flowers (does not last, it withers and dies). Now, think of actress and if they are a "star" or a "carbon copy" of one.
I hope you can see where I'm getting at. :)
