Title: Work Experience with Forensic Medical Examiner or Pyschiatrist

Hey guys,

Firstly you can move this topic to wherever you want. Couldn't find a work experience tab so yeh.

I was wondering if you knew a place where I could complete work experience with a forensic medical examiner or a psychiatrist.

If you can either pm me or just reply here that would be awesome!

I'm afraid I haven't been able to find any for these fields -- perhaps it's not permissible? Hopefully somebody else can answer.

However, there are work placements in medicine (Western Health, Eastern Health, just most hospitals), and I believe one in pathology (which is close) at https://www.easternhealth.org.au/site/item/494-eastern-health-work-experience-program-for-secondary-school-students/]Eastern Health[/URL].

These seem to only be for people in Year 10, however. Good luck :)

A friend of mine wanted to do something similar and the problem arose re client confidentiality. She couldnt rlly observe much of what those sorts of professionals did so she ended up acting like a receptionist all week essentially.

Monash Medical Centre
Cabrini Health

Also going to apply for Supreme Court, but still not sure.
