Can somebody Explain why each molecule in cAMP signal cascade is phosphorylated?

It's because cAMP activates cAMP-dependent protein kinase (also known as protein kinase A). Kinases are enzymes that catalyse the phosphoryl transfer from one molecule to another (usually from ATP). Phosphorylation changes the conformation of proteins and can either activate or deactivate them.
