Does anyone know the name of the scientist that studied bread mould that is in the syllabus?

I forgot which one!

Beadle and Tatum are the scientists that used X-Ray's on the bread mould to find that 1 gene = 1 protein (now understood to be  1 gene = 1 polypeptide)
