Day #1
Written on Aug 23, 2017

What an exhausting day! The day was mainly filled with English, with the devious speech assessment finally over (don't ask me, I did terribly; went under time, because I missed a whole palm card djfsjkfos). But I'm glad all of my internal assessments are done, so I can finally concentrate on my HSC preparation. At this point, my English subject is well and truly done for, so I'm going to try and compensate my English with the rest of my subjects.

Of course, I plan to do well in the actual HSC so at least I can look into the high band 5 range, but def not band 6.

On an unrelated note: I received my SDD major work back yewwww (95/100, which was the second highest in the cohort). But seriously, I'm looking to state rank software design by acing my HSC exam; it's my only hope of a state rank :'(

Thanks man! Always appreciate a good moral support :-)
My whole class is looking to me to start pushing them up, so the pressure certainly is there to perform extremely well.

That is absolutely insane (if I read correctly) that 97 in Mathematics is ranked 26 surely I am missing something because that is crazy for such a bloody good mark! I bet I didn't read it properly though aha

Nope :-) you read it correctly.
Our mathematics cohort is insanely skilled this year, six people are still fighting for that #1 spot sitting at 100% hahaha

Yeahh, that's what we predict as well. As long as they don't bomb their external, we should see at least one or two state ranks :)

Awesome for all! With a cohort that strong you are guaranteed an incredible mark, great position for you all to be in! ;D

May the state ranks be ever in your favour ;)
