Hi Everyone,
I am a year 11 student completing Theatre Studies 3/4 as an early VCE this year. I have chosen to design for my stagecraft exam for Jasper Jones. Im soooooo nervous for the actual exam and stressed as i feel im not going to remember my speech etc. Just wondering if anybody could give details regarding their past experience doing this exam. Thanks!!

When you say you won't remember your speech - you're talking about hte monologue exam? :)

I can't remember my exam, but I can remember my monologue!
The venue i did it at, there were a bunch of people waiting outside, and then there was this like, big hallway that you had to talk down alone with all your props, then enter into a room with the examiners. Walking down the hallway and sitting outside of the door was the most stressful bit of the whole things but in terms of remembering - rehearse, rehearse, rehearse!
Are you planning on running a full dress rehearsal before your performance?
