HOMERS is a good one for physiological adaptations (Haemoglobin levels, oxygen uptake/lung capacity, muscle hypertrophy, effect on fast and slow twitch muscle fibres, resting heart rate, stroke volume/cardiac output)

RSVP To Wedding is also a good one for the principles of training (Reversability, Specificity, Variety, Progressive overload, Training thresholds, Warm up/cool down)
