How many words should an Extension English creative be? Do markers really care if a creative isnt very long?

 Mine are usually around 850-1000 so that I have room to adapt to the stimulus. I usually finish the creative in 25-40 minutes so that I can have ample time for the essay :)

you need to be pushing above 1200 words in my opinion. I got 23/25 for mine in trials and that was about 1500 words then 1200 words at half yearlies and 20/25, so i do think length is a component. Ive since made it about 1800 and my essay is 2200, so about 45-50 minutes on creative then the rest on the essay. Remember, they are weighted equally so try and write similarish amounts for both :)

I usually do between 1200 and 1500 for my extension creatives :)
