Whilst I don't have any specific case studies in response to this, you could have a go at this question I quickly made.

Define 3 principles of Senge's learning organisation and using a contemporary business you have studied this year, explain how these principles have allowed the business to implement change successfully. (6 marks)

I'd be happy to mark a response. (I would most likely look to define Senge's learning organisation and outline your contemporary business change, then identify and define 3 principles, linking each one to the change and how it has allowed said change to be successful)
