Anyone have any ideas? And how to conclude it too?

Hello!

The introduction is very similar to an English one. From what I've seen and heard (from various sources) the introduction should:

-give the examiners a good idea of your theory/perspective
-start to unpack the text's conflicts/concerns
-clarify your overarching interpretation
-be punchy and zestful (like any other introduction!). I wouldn't recommend a lengthy one.

Conclusion can be a bit harder. I always ensure that they:

-are crisp/concise (don't want to leave any doubt)
-don't oversimplify concerns
-sometimes (doesn't always have to) include a quote from the text.
