Title: sorry to bother you again but a little help plz!!

hey sorry to bother you again but im having a little prolemo with
fixed ratio
fixed interval
variable ratio
variable interval
now i know what they are but the thingo thats bothering me is what one is used for faster acquisition, extinction and a normal rate.

Variable ratio- Steady and high response rate
Fixed interval- Produces erratic response rate
Variable interval- Low but steady response rate
