Hello
My prescribed text is The Tempest and I was wondering if the film Tracks was a good idea for a related text? I'm also having trouble finding a second related text (maybe a short story?)

Hi Claire! I'm not familiar with this movie. The best way to work out if a text will work as a related is to identify the points of discovery you want to talk about most in your prescribed, and then look for comparisons in the related. If there's very few connections then you know it's a bad idea, or if the plots are so similar that all the discoveries align, then it's a bad idea. But if you see some places for contrast and some places for similarities, you know you'll be able to discuss the ideas in a really rich way. :)
