Just wondering which trial exam papers are regarded as challenging and/or which exams are recommended (i.e similar to the VCAA exams)?
-
On a slightly irrelevant note, I heard from the guy at the TSFX Physics revision lectures that the Unit 4 exam will indeed be more difficult than the Unit 3 one. This guy is also the guy who knew the Unit 3 A+ cut off range before grade distributions were made public, so I don't doubt the authenticity of this information. But then again, everyone could probably guess this anyway =P

I think it would be hard for it NOT to be more difficult :P
The TSSM and STAV exams generally seem to be decent. I'd stay away from TSFX practise exams though - they're often quite off topic.
-
My theory is that TSFX topics are off topic to give you a sense of fear that you are going to get owned and need to go to their programs, I dunno
I like NEAP exams though

i effing agree with smrandmazn

Yeah theres absolutely no doubt some companies employ scare tactics. I remember doing.. I think it was a MAV methods exam from afew years back. One of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen in my life.

So what's itute's motivation then ;) Yeah NAEP is good. And so is MAV and IARTV. I'm not gonna bother with insight...they make horrible exams.
