Hey guys,

Does anyone doing English WACE know what teenage attitudes are presented in the opening of the novel The Mimosa Tree by Antonella Pretro?

I'm trying to figure it out also but I think Mira's attitude (if that's who you are referring to) might represent coming-of-age attitude or I guess a moody yet matured person. Lots of examples are found in the exposition (opening) of the text. Hope this helps :)
