I just did an exam for AOS. I only wrote 3 body paragraphs (2 on my prescribed and one on my related) will I be marked down because I didn’t do another related text paragraph????? My paragraphs were really long and detailed though! 😰

You mean another one on your related? I highly doubt it. A guy who got 98 in English Advanced last year in our school had only 3 paragraphs too. If your response is strong, then it shouldn't be an area of concern
