I’m having a lot of trouble improving my reading comp test results and just wanted to know if there was anything I could do to get better. I’m going through the Giant Book of Readig Comp Tests, plus I’m going to JAC and doing their online tests, but I can’t seem to get any better at reading comp. What can I do to get better?

It's going to take 'time' to improve your reading comprehension. It's not something that you could improve in a day like maths. It's going to take you WEEKS, or even YEARS.
But continue reading books, newspaper articles from Heralds or something especially and read books like 'Odyssey' 'Charlotte's Web' 'Little Women' etc, it'll help you a lot and ask yourself questions while reading! And don't just read books about fantasy, also read sci-fi romance mystery etc. Read books on different genre!
Also just keep practising, I prefer reading questions first before reading the text, JAC would've taught you that.
