Its a reflective piece that really makes transitions obvious, its ideal for Tom Brennan because they both demonstrate the challenging nature of transitions and how these challenges ultimatley act as catalysts for moving foward and creating shifts in perspectives.

Plus there are a bunch of places online really breaking down her piece giving good techniques and analysis. :)
