Title: Battle of the HSC Subjects!!
Post by: jamonwindeyer on July 26, 2018, 11:54:54 pm: Inspired by the VCE equivalent, the Battle of the HSC Subjects will be starting on Monday (just in time to act as a bit of a distraction from Trials) ;)

Voting will take place on the ATAR Notes HSC Facebook page, and our Instagram account, atarnotes_hsc! Be sure to follow those accounts to support your favourite HSC subjects.

This will act as the base of discussion for the tournament - Any thoughts on the draw? Any early calls of a winner?

I reckon you can get some groundswell for 4U going, though. ;)

4U has been knocked out, but 2U and 3U just survived (2U obliterated Senior Science, ahaha) ;D

Can't believe 3U knocked out Legal! That's a shocker to me, what do others think? :)

That's a tad subjective. I find maths to be extremely dull and enjoy the readings assoicated with legal and other humanities

All the same, im quite surprised given the sizes of the respective cohorts doing legal and 3u

- holky has to eat a laptop
- all the people that placed bets on modern were pretty damn close
- legal actually died, and advanced didnt even have a terrible run
And the final result proves that 2U is the better accelerated subject

I currently do 3U and I did 2U accelerated, in some ways I actually prefer 2U (sorry clovvy)

Well 2U is the foundation for the higher levels anyway, with no knowledge of 2U at all will make it impossible to do 3U and 4U... But personally I still prefer 3U... Harder 3U is still top favourite
