Title: Appendix?

I was just curious on whether or not an appendix is allowed for the Reflection Statement. I want to include extracts to self reference in my Reflection Statement (adding them in the actual RS adds another 100 words and I am already slightly over) like they allow with the PIP. Does anyone know if this is allowed?
