What are some recent examples of government failure in markets? The textbook is very limited in regards to this topic

Minimum wage and negative gearing are the two main ones that my teacher gave me...
Basically, it's Government intervention resulting in failure.
Minimum wage causes a lowering of productivity.
Negative gearing lowers taxation revenue.
