Title: OCTOBER MOTM/POTM - Winners Announced!

Each and every month, we recognise some of the major contributions made to the AN Community. Let's get straight into the Member of the Month winners for October - apologies for the slightly tardy announcement! ;D
THE NSW WINNER FOR OCTOBER IS...

EMILYYGEORGEXX! egxx joined the forums a bit over a year ago - in October 2017 - and has since been a really fantastic contributor to the community. Realistically, a MOTM award could have been theirs on multiple other occasions, so this is very much deserved. With a couple of dozen posts in October (and 200+ posts overall since joining), we particularly love the fact that emilyygeorgexx celebrated their one year AN anniversary! What better way to celebrate than a MOTM award? :) Congrats, egxx - and hope your HSC exams have gone well!

THE VIC WINNER FOR OCTOBER IS...

MAYA24! Like their NSW counterpart, a very deserving winner this month in Maya24. They made their first post all the way back in September 2016, and have been a consistent contributor since. Maya24's presence is felt all across the forums, and we particularly love their excellent journey journal - and also this contribution on the creative corner! Awesome work, Maya24 - and, as above, hope your exams have gone well. :)

Further to recognising our MotM, here are some of the other outstanding contributions to ATAR Notes this month. As always, we've almost definitely missed things, so give a shout out below if you really want to recognise something special from this month!

Well done, lovelies; this has been a long time coming! You both deserve it. Maya, I've seen a lot of you in VIC, and your constant encouragement of others is uplifting and beautiful. Em, what a lovely human being you are! Your enthusiasm and positivity always shines through! It'll be great to see you both in blue banners. Congratulations!

Wow, looking back on the posts of the month it's clear that October has been huge!

Congratulations to the deserving emilygeorgexx and Maya24!! Thank you for the help and guidance you've provided on so many occasions :)

Thank you to everyone. I was honestly so shocked that I won. I came to atarnotes looking for some resources and I found a lot more. I found a community of amazing, supportive people as well as lifelong friends.

Congrats to both of you, you both very much deserve this.

@maya24 (because ain't nobody got time to lurk in HSC boards at this time of year). Your constant positivity and encouragement of others is beautiful to see :)
