Title: What study scores do I need to get a 99+ atar and how hard do I need to work?
Post by: jin0016 on December 14, 2018, 10:32:59 pm
I'm gonna be doing English, Methods, Chem, Bio, Physics and Geography and I'm wondering what study scores I need to get a 99+ Atar and how hard do I need to work to acheive that? Also just want to say that Bio scaling is totally unfair and should be more.

How hard you need to work is completely personal. However I can tell you, I spent 529:42:37 on homework for my subjects this year. Now that is just a reference point it doesn’t include class time and averages out to about 11.5 hours a week.

However, ideally no matter how much time you spend, consistency is key. VCE success is only created from hard work across the whole year, not isolated preparation for SAC’s or the exam.

Try play around with ATAR Calc to see what scores you'll need for ur subjects (I reckon everybody does at some point XD)-generally the one on AN is quite accurate, which is here:
