Hi An!
First of all Happy New Year 🥳
I achieved an ATAR of 85.63 and am eligible for illness and underrepresented school SEAS categories. I have not received an email regarding my acceptance for the Access Melbourne Scheme. What are my chances of being accepted into this course?

The access guarantee only applies to those who are from rural areas or who have suffered financial disadvantage. Being eligible for the categories you are will increase your changes; however, it is impossible to say by how much.

Am I in good standing? As the entrance is 85 ATAR

Probably, maybe? The good news is that Melbourne Uni generally doesn’t shift the selection ranks by much and your SEAS will come in handy to push you that bit further regardless of Access Melbourne or not. The bad news is that we just can’t say with any certainty what your chances will be.

clearly in has been exactly 85.00 for at least the past two years ( I only checked two years) so probably more so yeah I would say it's likely you get an offer if you have fulfilled the prerequisites.
However, no one can say this with certainty as clearly ins can change depending on how many places are available and the demand for those places.
