Hey!

I do the HSC, so I'm not sure how valuable my advice would be in this situation, but I am currently studying the highest possible level of English for my HSC.

I find that the trick to writing for English is practice and feedback. It really is all about mastering a skill and the only way to achieve this is to write a lot, and get feedback from others. I know that this website provides feedback and what not, so definitely use this to your advantage! Whether you get feedback from your teacher, a friend or a complete stranger, using this feedback to improve your writing will help you get better at it and achieve the scores you want.

Hope this helped!
