I'm going to be extremely pissed off if they've decided to make it non-compulsory. Why couldn't they have done it this year and spared me the heartache??? =( IT WAS STRESSFUL.

It's probably a bot

Think of it as this:
"The day mainstream English gets scaled up will be the day an english subject is no longer compulsory in the top four."
For those who don't get it, it ain't gonna happen.

LOL yeah if this were true everyone will be dominated by the fobs :(

English gets scaled up (very slightly) if you get between 42 and 49 ;)
(well it did in my year, at least.)
