Title: a specific question of a graph?

even though there is an x intercept, is y=0 an assymptote?

$=\frac{1}{x+\frac{1}{x}}<\frac{1}{x}$ (edit: when x is positive of course)

as x approaches infinity, so does the denominator hence yes, y=0 is an assymptote.
