Title: Need help with Economics Presentation!!!!

I have my Economics presentation due in one week. Its a 3-4 min speech on comparing economies; Australia and one asian economy. I just wanted to know, if its fine to start my speech with a definition. I'm doing India and Australia and For each of my sub topic (Economic growth, Quality of life, Unemployment, etc), I'm giving a definition.
