Hi could someone pls explain the new publci health model

thx i just need a bit of clarification

An approach to health that expands the traditional focus on individual behavior change to one that considers the ways in which physical, sociocultural and political environments impact on health.
•   Includes the social model of heath and the Ottawa charter. This was a change to addressing the broader influences on health status such as, social, cultural and economic environments.
