Title: How useful would it be to complete (earlier then 2015) past exams for Biology?

Hey!
From my understanding, the study design changed a lot when it was updated in 2017 so my question is "how useful would it be to complete past exams from earlier than like 2015 or 16?

I mean yes the study design has changed however there is no harm in doing them. Some of the questions still relate just make sure to change few questions around to match the new study design.  Also not everything has changed in the new study design it has been shuffled around.
