2 Superiors, 1 Above Average, 2 High Averages
I got a principals discretionary offer. Did not get an interview :-\
Is there a chance that I might get an offer to MHS in term 4? Please be honest, I want MHS so badly, although I got Suzanne cory and nossal, they are both 1.5 hrs away, so I rejected the offer.

Isn't a PD basically a "you're in"? Not too sure about this, maybe I'm being dumb. However, if you got SC and Nossal + a PD offer, then I think chances are high you could also get a MHS offer.
Most of the people I know at MHS only got 0-2 sups overall, so you do have a chance, just gotta wait it out

So you think that I will definitely get one, or at least have a very high chance of getting one?

ok so I got 2 sups 2 aboves and 1 high, and got in SCHS as it was my first preference. In terms of MHS, ngl you stand a chance but it ALL depends on what side ur scores were in(like the higher end of a superior increases ur chances instead of the lower end of a superior

Bro your chances are VERY VERY HIGH, since there is a “5 marks clause” which applies to you, since you got an offer to Nossal. If your school did reach 5% then you wouldn’t have got an offer to Nossal, so you were 5 marks away from the last student which puts you in the top 5 applicants on the waiting list. Good luck!

Hi everyone:
I got 2 superiors, 1 above and 2 high averages and did not achieve any of my preference. My first preference was NHS then MHS and SCHS. Can I get a late offer and does the 5% rule apply to a late offer?
Thank you.

The 5% rule applies TO THE WHOLE PROCESS, so if your school has reached 5%, then you cant get a late offer.
