Hello! I’m trying to get into Melbounre High for year 10. Unfortunately i missed out last year and am still eager to gain access to the school. I’ve read up on the process and what you need to have done for it, but was wondering, I’ve done plenty of stuff in terms of academic achievement, more in leadership but am lacking a bit in the third criteria, co-curricular stuff. I have played guitar for a good 5 years, drums for about one all the while juggling school work and what not, of course I’ve played sports and all that but I never really reached state level or stuff like that. Is there anything I can do to improve any of this? I have a cricket trophy and certificates for cross-country too. Maybe I should consider a music exam? I’ve done them but only inside of school, should I provide MHS with my scores on that? All in all I’m just seeking anything I can do to improve my chances a bit more.
