Dont know if this is the right place to put this but I'm feeling pretty stressed.
So on the 13th I received the Monash Business Schools Scholars Scholarship which I accepted on the same day, and in my acceptance I was given a student number but there was no creation of a My Monash account or email.
Today I accepted a course offer from Monash, Commerce/Actuarial studies double degree and in making a MyMonash account in order to enrol I was given a different student number and under that account it has no record of the scholarship.
So how do I check/make sure that I still have and receive the Scholarship, or is this the normal process?

Pretty sure this has happened to other people before, usually because there’s a little disconnect with VTAC and the Uni’s systems, so it takes a while to get everything connected.
That being said, I’d double check with Monash Connect once it’s open again, as they’re probably off on their break, to see whether everything’s OK on their end and see what changes will be happening to connect both accounts together, if any need to be made.
