Title: Bach of Commerce/ master of engineering graduate package?

Hello,
I just got offered the graduate package for master of engineering through Bach of Commerce.
I was wondering if the master of engineering would be a proper engineering masters or something like engineering management.

I believe the Master of Engineering is a fully qualified professional degree. But I’d verify that in the Handbook and Stop 1
