Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some feedback for my English public essay please? The two texts that I am analyzing are Jane Eyre (novel) and Brooklyn (film).

My key question is: analyse the contributions of Jane Eyre and Brooklyn to the ongoing conversation about female agency.

I also need to cut 188 words for the final product (the quotes that are highlighted in pink, as well as the comments underneath the photos do not count in the word count).

Apologies if this is too late for your submission, but this is an exceptional piece! I especially love the writerly voice and sustained realism of your piece, and the way you consistently integrate discussion of the text and specific textual details with your general commentary and the purpose of your article is awesome!
