Short answer: Roughly 50% of Units 3&4 is calculus.

Syllabus
Each unit is split into topics and sub-topics. Each sub-topic has been allocated 'notional hours'. This is meant to reflect the amount of teaching time required. Exams are required to 'representatively sample' each topic and consequently should have a proportionate amount of marks allocated.

Of the 110 total hours in Units 3&4, 56 hours are allocated to calculus topics.

External Exam
QCAA has published sample exams (tech-free and tech-active).

Of the 120 total marks on both papers, 64 marks are allocated to calculus topics.
