Title: Chloe Ting's Workouts

Hello!

Hoping to see if anyone has gotten into Chloe Ting's workouts on Youtube (full programmes are on her website)

I discovered her very recently after researching a couple of fitness Youtubers during quarantine. Heaps of people have been doing her workouts so I decided to join in. The great thing about her workouts that they don't need any equipment (besides from the resistance band- depending on which programme you're doing) so you can do them anywhere.

I'm about to finish her 2 week shred challenge this week which is exciting. Wanted to make this thread to see if anyone else out there is doing her workouts. We can hold each other accountable in this thread :D

My sister's starting the 2 week shred challenge tomorrow! I do all my workouts with Fitness Blender but might give Chloe's a shot  :o

Tried a few of her workouts but havent fully commited to any programs yet. How did you find the shred challenge?

Ooh I absolutely love fitness blender! Might try Chloe's too because I've never actually tried a full program before... should be fun!

Shred challenge is actually so good! Didn't think I would feel any difference from day 1 til now (I'm on day 12). It's super challenging at the start but you find yourself doing the exercises longer and your body getting stronger the more days that you do. It's probably better to combine the shred challenge with a strict diet to really see the results in 2 weeks. I'm super bad with eating carbs and icecream aha. But I've definitely noticed my core, arms and legs being a lot more strong and toned.

Hoping to give her 25 days slim thigh challenge a go when I've finished the shred challenge.

I've attempted a couple and they were pretty fun! I'm thinking of starting the shred challenge just for fun, beatroot has convinced me now aha

I love Chloe Ting!! I've been doing her workouts for a while now, but I've never tried any of her challenges. I'm currently on Day 25 of the 28 day abs challenge!!

Some updates!

- Finished the two week shred challenge ages ago and I've definitely noticed some weight loss especially in my thighs and ab area. I don't have super defined abs. My arms have toned a bit which is nice.
- Close to finishing the 25 day slim thigh challenge. My thighs have gotten smaller which is great!
[Note: this is WITHOUT any diets or fasting btw. Still eating my carbs ahahha]

Looking to do the 4 week shred next as this times in very well with my mid year break.
