You still have a week so you should do some practice questions and maybe revise over your notes and make summaries based on the study design dot points or drawing mind maps / whatever works for you. The day before the exam you should just relax and de stress
There’s tips for studying for bio in this thread

Hey! I'm also doing Bio 3/4 this year and here are my 2 cents:
My method of revising content changed based on each area of study but mostly my routine was per area of study:
- read notes
- practice questions
- drawing diagrams
- flashcards for some topics like the social/ethical issues in Unit 4 AOS 2
I'd recommend that you try finishing Unit 3 content and Unit 4 content in a few days and move to practice questions asap so you feel quite familiar with the concepts. Make sure to take care of your health, as I suffered a fever and severe burnout when I was doing mine about 2 weeks ago and did really bad in a somewhat easy paper!
All the best!
