Hi everybody. With VCE exams upcoming, we've just created this new section specifically for VCE exam discussion. As exams get closer, we'll create specific threads to discuss the exams from major subjects - but also feel free to create your own threads/discussions.
Shortcuts:
→ English exams
→ Maths exams
→ Science exams
→ Business Studies exams
→ Health & PE exams
→ Other exams
How are you feeling about exams at this stage? :)

Yay! Awesome!
I'm surprisingly feeling okay about my maths/science exams as they are a bit later on and my strong points. However, the english exam is WAYYYY to close for comfort.

Crunch time!
English- I want more time to up my mark, but I'd probably do okay if it was right now.
History- I don't know basically anything. It's the day after English, :o and I'm not ready.
Methods- I need more time to practise. I'd like not to get less than 50% on the exams, preferably.
Texts- I want this over. I know the stuff. Besides, it's my last exam and I want exams over.
:)

Hi! Thank you J41 for making this!
Bio- I'm quite confident right now..just making quite a few silly mistakes as I'm doing practice exams after school so I'm thinking of waking up early and doing them in the morning. I'm excited for the exam ngl!
All the best everyone!

Only doing 1 year 12 exam which I’m kind of glad about but still trying to keep up with my 1/2 subjects so I’m ready for next year. Been a long year so looking forward to a fresh start in year 12 ;D GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

It'll be good to get through your first Units 3&4 exam! How are you feeling about it at the moment?

Only 2-3 more weeks!
Further - Pretty confident. I want to just keep on reducing silly mistakes but I feel very comfortable with the content and I think I can handle anything that VCAA throws in there.
Methods - Pretty prepared for exam 1, but exam 2 is a different story. I need to bump up my mark to get my dream score, so I'm gonna be grinding for the next couple of weeks!!
I am also a bit scared as these are my first year 12 exams and I would like both subjects to be in my top 4 but we will see :) :)

Hi, just wondering what methods people would recommend for exam revision? I have both the textbook and VCE Checkpoints for my subjects and I learn best from doing practice questions. Is it best to do practice questions from the textbook or other books that I have purchased? Eg checkpoints for VCE?

Hello! I am a methods student as well and I recommend doing as many practice exams as you can now (exam conditions) especially since the exam is coming up soon! If you aren't ready to take on the whole exam yet, checkpoints or Cambridge textbook questions is a good start, however, it may be too late now as you should be practising heaps of VCAA questions during this time period!
